Small but Mighty

We are a small group of 10! We usually run 2 to a shift but could definitely use 4 on days and 3 on nights but with budgets and hiring issues we do with what we have! I came here from a larger agency and I’ve never seen a group of people more willing to work together to get the job done than I have here! Coverage for vacation, sickness etc  no problem everyone does more than their share to have it all covered! We don’t even have a on call list because everyone goes above and beyond! It’s almost creepy sometimes how we all like each other, work well together and never argue! I love working for the City Of Greer Police Department Dispatch Center and I know all my peers/work family feel the same! They deserve all the recognition in world!!!
