La Tina Johnson

Tina takes the time to actually talk to me,to us, as a person and not just as a sup. She is a straight shooter when something should be fixed and when we are doing great. I feel like she works with us to get our jobs done, not just to make sure only hers is done. Despite her own time as a dispatcher, Tina made little gifts for us this week without a desire to be recognized. She always dresses up to encourage comeradery and fun on holidays. Just recently she was seen donning bunny ears and handing out sweets. It’s the little details that help make this place better and takes away from the grave seriousness of the positions we are in.
