As Telecommunicators, we possess the Activation superpower. This power allows us to activate various entities, agencies, and personnel to respond to calls for service. We can process information quickly and have the ability to sense whose powers we need to tap into that will give the person on the other line the help they need. This superpower provides us with the understanding of what it takes to be the best and draw it out of the new dispatchers just in time for their first call.
