Public safety telecommunicators save lives every day. They are the unsung heroes who have an undying dedication to everyone. No matter what, they have to be on-call and ready for the day. They can’t ever be distracted or preoccupied-they constantly give all of their time, energy, and attention to anyone and everyone who needs it and without taking even holidays off.
