Here at Adams County E911 Dispatch Center we take our job to the max. We go over and beyond with each call to ensure we are getting all the help that the callers need. We never just “End A Call” we get inside the call. We see the caller’s point of view from the beginning. With our agency, we never remain in suspense about a call. The reason why is because we gain trust from each caller and in return they will give dispatch a courtesy call back and thank us and let us know if everything went well or not. We are one with each caller. Our department stays on key with each call. We treat each call as if they were our family member. What we go by here is ” Times saves lives” and it works every time.
